Process: Open Free Signer - Click On Add Task - Select The App, Game Or Theme File - Click On Options - Add - Self Sign Sis - Then Click On Options - And Click Go. Go To File Manager And You Will See A New File Of Same Name With The Extension "_signed.sis" Before The File That You Signed. Install The New File And It Will Work.
